Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or no more than lightly used (no more than 30% of the product used) and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation email or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is received, our team will review it and respond within 4 hours with next steps. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll investigate the issue promptly and work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy.


Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after the 15-day return window
  • Products that have been significantly used or emptied (more than 30% used)
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Opened skincare products may be eligible for a refund or replacement at BONMEN's sole discretion where a customer experiences a genuine issue with the product. We may request photographs and additional information before approving any claim. If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.


Bundle Purchases
Bundle products must be returned in full. Partial returns from a bundle purchase are not eligible for a refund unless the specific item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you have a concern about a single item within a bundle, please contact us so we can assess the issue directly.


How Returns Work
We've made the returns process as simple as possible — no shipping required in most cases.

For opened products: no physical return is needed. Simply contact us with photos of the item and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and respond within 4 hours.

For unopened, unused products: once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund and ask you to donate or responsibly dispose of the item — no need to ship anything back.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right product is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement. Our team can assist with product recommendations if needed — just get in touch.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Please note: BONMEN currently ships within the United Kingdom only. EU shipping is planned for Q3 2026. When EU shipping launches, the following will apply: customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unused or no more than lightly used and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Our 15-day return window exceeds the EU statutory minimum.


Refunds
We will notify you once we've reviewed your return request and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10-14 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
